adds7 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

adds7 is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. These Terms apply to our website, mobile version and all associated services.

3. Account Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the adds7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The detailed terms and conditions for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete. Funds deposited into an account will only be returned via the depositor's own payment method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

adds7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. The following terms apply to the claiming and use of bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the total bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• If the same individual attempts to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Members participating in the VIP programme will receive weekly cashback of up to 0.5% at Bronze level, 1.0% at Silver level and 1.5% at Gold level.

If evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any form of fraudulent activity is found, adds7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus funds do not combine with cash balances and cannot be withdrawn directly.

6. Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to gaming on the adds7 platform:

• The outcome of all games is determined by an approved random number generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
• If a game does not complete correctly due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• adds7 will not bear any responsibility for an ongoing bet that is affected by an internet disconnection.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.
• In sports betting, winnings will be credited to the balance only after the result has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adds7 platform and any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Placing bets through collusion or fraudulent coordination.

All winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited. Where necessary, we may provide information to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adds7 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity or device issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers.
• Service unavailability during technical upgrades or maintenance carried out to approved standards.
• Account loss due to unauthorised access by a third party, where the user has not complied with the security-related terms.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming — gaming is an entertainment activity and financial gain is not guaranteed.

adds7's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between adds7 and a user, the following process will be followed:

2. Step 2 — Investigation: Our support team will begin an investigation within 5 business days of receiving the complaint and will gather the necessary information.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: After the investigation is complete, adds7 will issue a final decision, which will be communicated in writing to both parties.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Resolution through negotiation will be given the highest priority in the event of a dispute.
